Implementation of No Bag Day Policy
In accordance with the CBSE guidelines and the vision of experiential and joyful learning under NEP 2020, the school observes “No Bag Day” every Saturday for all classes.
Key Features of Implementation
1. Weekly Subject-Based Activities
Students participate in activities related to the topics covered during the week in different subjects. These activities reinforce classroom learning through practical application and collaborative participation.
Examples include:
- Quiz and group discussions
- Science and Mathematics demonstrations and experiments
- Art-integrated learning activities
- Language enrichment activities
2. Experiential Learning Practices
Teachers make extensive use of innovative Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) and experiential methodologies such as:
- Smart classes and digital content
- Jadui Pitara
- Storytelling sessions
3. Outdoor and Co-Curricular Activities
Students are regularly engaged in outdoor learning experiences and co-curricular activities including:
- Nature walks
- Gardening activities
- Physical and recreational games
- Dance and music periods
4. Club-Based Learning System
The school has established 8 student clubs to promote leadership, teamwork, creativity, and social participation.
Every Saturday, one club takes responsibility for organizing and conducting activities for all classes under teacher supervision. The club activities encourage:

- Inter-house and inter-class participation
5. Skill and Career-Oriented Sessions
Saturdays are also utilized for exposure-based and skill-oriented learning sessions.
Including career guidance session, AI/Robotics exposure, workshops & seminars, etc.
